Is there a minimum order size for wash & fold?
Yes, there is a minimum of 10 lbs for wash & fold.

Is there a minimum order for dry cleaning and launder & press?
No, there is no minimum order

Do you offer same day pickup?
Yes. Just place your order before 9:00 am for an evening pickup.

What’s the standard turnaround time?
Wash & fold is a 24 hour turnaround time. If we pick up your order in the morning, you’ll get it back the next morning. If we pick up your order in the evening, you’ll get it back the next evening. Dry cleaning and launder & press are a 72 hour turnaround time, for instance: if we pick up your order on Monday, you’ll get it back on Thursday morning.

Do you offer rush services?
Yes we do!
– Wash & Fold: Same day and overnight Same day wash & fold for +50% rush fee more of the regular.
– Dry Cleaning and Launder & Press: Same day and next day. Same day dry cleaning or launder & press for a +50% rush fee is available Monday - Friday.
We pick it up in the morning, you get it back in the evening. Same for next day.

It’s my first Iron & Steam pickup - what do I put my clothes in?
You can give us your clothes in any bag / plastic bag. We’ll return your clean garment with a iron and steam bag for your next pick up. On mixed orders, make sure to separate your wash & fold from your dry cleaning and launder & press and place in separate bags.

Will you pick up my hangers to reuse or recycle?
Yes, of course. Just return your hangers in your iron and steam bag. We’ll reuse as many as possible, and those we can’t, we’ll recycle.

Is there a pick up or delivery charge?
Pick up and delivery is complimentary for every order.

Are there any additional fees?
Iron and steam charges a 2% environmental fee on all orders.
